Looks like AliExpress has the DM-5R+
Baofeng DM-5R and DM-5R PLUS are the same radio model, only label different, you can check it out on Baofeng official web.

I have purchased a couple of radios from them and their shipping is about 10 days to 2 weeks (Los Angeles).
This is in addition to my Radioddity RD-5R, which I keep with original firmware. I purchased the DM-5R because I was not confident, at that time, that I would not screw up the open firmware installation. But it went well! thank you!

Thank you for the link, but I am kinda love the metal shell of the RD-5R. The plastic casing version will have the low mic gain problem as the UV-5R, and the fact that it can not be sure if this DM-5R is tier I of II make it hard to pull the trigger.

Someone needs to design and sell various battery packs for the other radios. They would make a fortune
