Firmware & Programming Baofeng RD-5R

Hello,

Please can someone guide or share me the steps in flashing my Baofeng RD-5R with latest Firmware and how to program it for DMR use. I just received it from one of my friend.

Installation is the same as the GD-77, except probably the buttons to enter firmware update mode on the RD-5R are different
