Along the top menu ribbon, click on Extras. From the drop down menu, select OpenGD77 Support. At the bottom of the second column of buttons, select Write voice prompts.

The User Power feature was missing from the User Guide, so I just added it, but the other 2 features were already documented in the English version.
I don't update the Chinese version of the User Guide, so it is probably a long way out of date.
