DM1701 DMR help

I have the Baofeng DMR1702

Having a issue getting the Digital side of my radio up and running, I have installed OpenGD77 R2024.08.11.01 and I have the Analog side working Great but when I program the Digital side i keep getting the flashing red light and error,
I have downloaded and installed V01KJM_March20_2024 and it installed no problem, I changed the radio frequency to the Toronto VE3BRA Frequency and colour code and entered in my digital id (at the DMR and ID Call Sign section)
Everything looks good BUT i get nothing! I have tried a different repeater as well but still nothing,
I am very close to the tower, i even took it driving with me and still the same error
occasionally if i leave the radio on you will see the green light flash once or twice but no sound, Nada!
I tried a few other code plugs as well and same results

any ideas what i am doing wrong?

UpDate:

RadioID Posted a newLive Data Map and I Grabbed a new repeater from there and all is working now!
I am only guessing the VE3BRA was not working on DMR or something simple like that
