I would like to improve the codeplug, so share your thoughts about it!

Update:
- remove Freenet TDMA channels (not supported by OpenGD77)
- fix some repeaters
- add missing Simplex channels

Inspired by other codeplugs found here (e.g. OE2WHPs naming convention) I tried to improve my codeplug.

- add more information in repeater channel name
- fix some repeaters
