I agree with the previous posts.
It looks like it is a 2023 radio which should use the V5 firmware.
The 026. in the original firmware revision confirms this.

The fact that the PCB does not have the version number marked on it indicates that they may have made some changes to the design. However the 026 firmware suggests the main chipset has not changed.

Thanks Colin, it is indeed V5 hardware - or at least supported by the V5 firmware, which is loaded and working just fine

Thanks for letting is know that the firmware still works with this particular hardware variant

It does still seem strange that TYT has removed the model number e.gTYT MD9600-UV Vxxx completely from the PCB.
