i cannot see this file when after going to extras and selecting firmware loader and then donor file . i saved the file on my desktop and other places but it does not show up . when i need it

I think the donor software is downloaded as a ZIP file, mine was named: 210525 MD-9600 V4 firmware for PLL2571.zip

You need to extract the suitable bin file from that ZIP file.

I downloaded it as a zip and extracted as instructed. But couldn’t find when using the program as it did not detect the file type ie bin file .

explain exactly what you did

Download the file in zip form and then unzipped it and dragged and dropped to desktop the bin file ..

Hope it wasn't the desktop bin

If you cant see the file when you attempt to open it then it is likely that for some reason its name is not correct.
The 'Select Official Firmware (Donor) file' dialogue applies a filter and will only show the file if it has the exact name

MD9600-CSV(2571V5)-V26.45.bin

If somehow the name has been changed, even slightly, it will not be visible.

You can force all files to be visible by entering * in the File name textbox. This will let you view the files but it is still recommended that you change the filename to be correct.
