Yet another Beta for the UV380 and DM-1701

This fixes a display update problem - thanks to Daniel F1RMB
And also fixes a problem with the VFO not saving on the DM-1701

Hopefully this will not have any serious problems and can become the first Stable release, so that I can release source code for this firmware variant

The keypad lock is not working. After lock the keypad, the system asks to press the blue key plus the * key, but nothing happen.

On RT3S I press Green and after that * to lock ( # to lock PTT )

Because the newer radios, like the UV380 and DM-1801 do not have coloured buttons, we will need to change the text from "Blue" to SK2 as SK2 is the official name of the Blue button

After installing the latest version, sporadic loss of modulation during reception was noticed. Previously, this error did not appear for a long time.
Eco mode 2 is set. And previously there was eco 2.
Since the error rarely appears, there are no statistics.

The same behavior at my DM-1701 with the latest firmware 2023-12-12. Sometimes instead of DMR audio there comes a distorted noise. After switching back and forward to the received channel the audio is ok again.

This effect happens at random to DMR signals due the network and RF induced errors in the data.

Did you try reverting to the previous version of the firmware to do a fully scientific test of what may be causing the problem.

I have a brandnew DM-1701 and therefore I have installed the latest FW only. I have tried many configurations: eco level 1, dmr crc off, display brightness 100% (to avoid trouble from display controller). But sometimes there is a loss of synchronization / demodulation and a sound comes out like DMR on FM Mode. That does not change even the transmission has ended and an other transmission comes in. Changing the timeslot has no effect. I really have to change the channel back and forward. That behavior I can not notice at my GD77, DM-1801 or RT3S.
