I have tested the experimental compile now and it works, but I have to repeat the upload twice.
First time it gives the error code but if I open the bin file once more it uploads the file and successfully load a new flash.

Tried the same procedure with the standard CPS but there it fails everytime.

So I think you are on the right track to fix this.

Since I have been working on a project for two months, I did not have time to access the opengd77 website. I just saw the messages regarding this error. And the positive developments made me very happy.

The link you gave above no longer works because the download location of the site has changed. Do I have a chance to try this CPS-R2023.08.01.01 above? Or does last verion of "Beta 2023 09 21" contain the Turkish Windows error debug?

Anyone else who had a problem , even non Turkish users , should also try it

I can confirm that Windows will flash OpenGD77 with "US Local" selected. But I can't flash it with Turkish Windows 10 in my computer. I will make a refresh format. An I will post the results.
I can also confirm this; after flashing in "US Local" Windows, I can read and write the codeplug with OpenGD77 drivers in windows 11 which has "Turkish Local" selected.

After a fresh format of my Windows 10, I will try again to flash opengd77 and I will report the result to the forum.
But for now I managed to install opengd77 on my radio by changing the language settings. Everything works fine so far.
