Seems that you can't start scanning and then activate keypad lock?
Haven't thought so much about that earlier but when I have the radio in my coat things may happen...

This has been already discussed, using an auto lock.

I would probably be happy if you invent a auto lock
I'm always worried that my radio is disturbed when some buttons or the selector has been touched and it's not always a good idea to take out a radio from your pocket nowadays.
It's possible on a cellular phone so I guess it should work on a dmr radio
