I only have a Redot SW-1015A, this meter has been supersed by the SureCom SW-102 which I now have on orderSA0BUX wrote: ↑Sat Mar 09, 2024 3:22 pmWhat device do you use when measuring power?
I'm redoing some measurements with my "RF Power Meter V5" which I think could be rather accurate.
Eliminated cables too by using two 30 dB power attenuators in series and using only some SMA-N converters.
The Redot seems relatively accurate on 2m. I've compared it with some other meters on 2m and it read the same as they do.
Currenly don't know if my Redot meter is at all accurate on 70cm, because I don't have anything to compare it with.
The SW-102 is supposed to have separate calibration for 70cm and 2m, because it has a built in frequency counter, which the Redot 1015A doesn't seem to have.
