Even for core non-english languages some new UI elements may not have been translated

I am asking you, who should we contact for the organization of the Slovene speech. We have everything translated, but we don't know how to get the stations to accept it. We did it ourselves a year ago, we lost touch and now we don't know how to proceed.
It would be very kind if you could tell us who to contact. The blind in Slovenia would be grateful to you.
