Radioddity DB25-D [Not able to support]

Is there any work being done to port OpenGD77 to the RadioddyDB25-D? Thank you.

No
It looks like the other new radios which use the Chinese made C7000 CPU for which there is no publically available compiler or SDK

I will keep my DM-5R handy for OpenGD77 use as needed then.

DM-5R V1 aka DM-5R Tier 1 is unlikely ever to be supported because it uses and older DMR chip.
DM-5R V2 aka DM-5R Tier 2, already supported
We are unlikely to ever support the Tier 1 radio, becasue all new works is to support newer radios e.g. the MD-UV380 Plus, 5W and also 10W versions

Yes, and this forum has provided me the basis to understand and use my DM-5R Tier 2 HT with OpenGD77!

Yes.
The firmware will work with that radio
Use the RD-5R firmware, as its the same hardware in your radio; its just the case thats slightly different
