This version has the following changes

* Fixes problem with satellite APRS frequencies
* Adds Safe Boot mode (SK1 + 0) to be used when the radio will not bootup or bootloops.
* Updates translations
* Fixes scan frequencies range boundary display problem
* Fixes voice prompt problem when replaying a prompt
* Fixes possible hanging problems associated with I2Cinternal bus contention
* Workaround for bugs in the C6000 DMR chip

All these changes were made by Daniel F1RMB, so thanks goes to him and the varoius translators and people who have reported bugs and helped Daniel test his fixes

My SK3 button isn't working. It will work for long press monitor, but doesn't bring up the menu it is suppose to.
I've tried resetting but that doesn't seem to work.

There is no SK3, on any supported device running the OpenGD77.

Orange button is.... Orange button
SK2 is the Blue button.
SK1 is the trackball button.

Well then my SK2 is not doing anything. It is only doing long press for monitor mode.
