Channel AND frequency display

Hi All

First time poster here...and first time user of DMR radio. Lots to learn!

My query regarding the DM1701 with latest OpenGD77 firmware...
Is it possible to have both the channel name AND frequency displayed on the screen at the same time?
I know it's possible to press the side button to display this info, but I'd like it permanently displayed.
I have a load of empty screen real estate and seems a shame to not use it.

BTW - I did try and search but the forum says I'm using common words - not sure what I'm doing wrong!

The OpenGD77 Firmware doesn’t have any way to do that. Firmware is based on many models of radios, and it is time consuming for the dev team to customize the firmware for each individual radio.

For the space on the screen, the dev team have bigger text to utilize it. Menu -> options -> display options-> text size -> 2.
