Com port not found

Running OPENGD77 CPS E2022.02.23.01
I have 3 USB devices listed under the HID
Also have 2 USB devices under USB in the device manager.
Radio did take the flash, but won't recognize any com ports or USB for the radio. Radio is in bootloader mode, screen black, green led on.
Tried both USB ports and same response. for some reason the radio took the firmware flash 09:28:27 Feb 27, 2022 [b55a326 F]

Going to try loading my software into my Microsoft Surface Go2 and try it from that next, the laptop is an HP running windows 10.

Okay, so now you have the OpenGD77 firmware installed. Great.
About the COM port, you have to start your transceiver in normal mode.
Some people has experienced drivers problem under Windows. Can you tell us which Windows version are you using ?

Maybe you can try to reinstall the CPS, as the drivers are installed at the end of the installation procedure.

Hi Daniel,

Figured it out. After the Flash, I kept starting the radio back up in Bootloader Mode.
Once I read your note about just restart the radio, now I've been able to load the contact list and working on Keplerian Data upload.
Very aggravating with this laptop, had issues with it and just about every ham radio software it ran. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't.
