Callsigns are only displayed if the network sends them or if you have the ID data loaded into the radio.
i.e Brandmeister sends the callsign and sometimes the name as part of the DMR "in-call" / in-band data.
DMR+ / DMR MARC does not send any in-call data so you'd need to load the DMR ID database using the CPS
