Help...MD UV 380 corrupted ..Need to reset

Help... I suddenly could not access any zones as it showed ALL but nothing after re writting the codeplug to the radio.It just does not work...Says nothing.
I have the latest beta version on it but tried to go back to stable version but it wouldn't work
When I plugged into CPS and tried loading all I got was not in DFU mode connection,for which it is . I tried resetting the plug and resetting the computer .Still nothing

I need help urgently please

Not sure if this help,

Turn the radio off
Connected it to the computer
Hold PTT and the button above it and power the radio on
You should be in DFU mode and ready to load a new firmware.

It was my driver for the programming cable which was corrupted..I reloaded it and thank goodness it worked again...
