you can take advantage of the components of the old board ??? the TP5100 only without filters etc emits noise in the radio if it is connected while charging? Thank you

I've heard the TP5100 is RF quieter than the original charger, although I do find mine pretty noisy on VHF. It desenses VHF radios on the desk, although a very small radius, like maybe 18 inches. If I put the HT on the other side of the desk it's fine. The coil and cap in this thread are to improve the RFI, but they aren't 100% necessary. You can do it as simple as just dropping in the TP5100. Less RFI is always better, however!
Overall the TP5100 is a much better charger. The original charger has been shown to overcharge batteries, is very slow, and uses that terrible 12v USB input.

I have just installed the tp5100 but in output it gives me 8.3 volt Is it normal? Or should I give 8.4?
If I use the original charger of only 500ma, will the battery charge well? Obviously it will slow it down. My intention is to have an original 500ma charger for the night and 12v 2a for the day and thus have 1 amp of charge.
** The main reason for switching to tp5100 has been not only the possibility of charging in half the time, I am also looking for stability in the load with the taste value and the taste cut in voltage , I also understand that after cutting if the voltage drops to 8.2 it returns to load to leave at 8.4 (8.3 in my case)

No, you need to feed it with a proper power supply. You don't have a 12V desk PSU there for other radios etc? I have a source from a charger liitokala 500 that gives 12.5volt and 2amper. Something that if I have won is to avoid the annoying noise that is generated when the battery 100% is above 8.3 + -volt (it generated a small hum the amplifier) . Thank you

Sounds like you have this issue, which some do. Mine doesn't, not sure if it's because it's newer, or older, or luck. Exactly I think why it is of the first models since it is from 2017 if I remember correctly but it is as if it was new since I stopped using it because I did not like its firmware until I discovered the wonderful openDG77;) .. has a solution with a resistance but I think it is something risky and delicate. **I edit: I observed that the charger stops charging at 8.3 and then if the voltage drops below 8.2 it starts charging again .. if the battery has example 8.25 it does not charge if it does not drop less than 8.2 + - .. Curious detail of this loading module.

I put the new tp15100 module with the original 500mAh charger of the radioddity DG-77 and my surprise charges in only 3 hours, before with the original cpb it took 6 hours + - . From which I deduce that that original PCB or board absorbed part of the energy or limited it.
