Bug or Feature? Private Call on Hotspot

Hi!
I've set up the GD77 (using the OpenGD77 release from August, 1st) as hotspot using MMDVMHost.
I tried to reach the local brandmeister echo parrot (private call 262997) but the parrot was not reachable and in the log of MMDVM the call was not seen.
After changing the setting of Allow PC to "PTT" it works.
Is this the intended behavior?

The option name is confusing. "Allow PC" actually means "PC Prompt".

Changes to Private Call accept system.
Allow PC now has 3 options
"Off" Private calls will be filtered out.
"On" Private calls will be allowed, but the operator is prompted about whether they want to return the private call.
The text on the private call screen has been changed, to show that there is an incoming private call, and prompts the operator if they want to return the call
"PTT" This mode is identical to the "On" mode, except pressing the PTT has the same effect as pressing YES.

This wasn't an intended feature.
For the moment, setting Allow PC: On should be enough.
I've tested this and Parrot works just fine for me on 9990
Setting Allow PC to Off, does disable the Private calls into the hotspot, and its debatable whether this option should have an effect on the hotspot - probably not. But I think there are some other filtering problems which this bug has highlighted, which also need to be resolved
