Anyone interested in Windows builds of MMDVMHost?

For my OpenGD77 hotspot I currently use a 10 year old laptop (Core i5-560, 4GB, Broadcom 802.11n, Windows x64) that I had laying around and it works flawlessly.

I routinely build updated versions of MMDVMHost from G4KLX's GitHub for my Windows based hotspot. If anyone wants to play around with MMDVMHost on Windows I will gladly share my builds here assuming that Roger doesn't disapprove. Reply and let me know if you need/want x86 or x64 builds of MMDVMHost for Windows.

Hi. I use mmdvmhost with win 10, version 20190131 and it works very well for me, using baofeng DM-1801. I only have one problem, although it transmits and receives very well, it does not transmit for the TGs of Spain (214) and Venezuela (734), it does not perform any action in the log that is viewed on the PC or on the radio screen It also happens with any other TG that you enter manually, for example Australia (505), it also does not perform any action.
Can you help me with this?

Thank you very much!! 73 !!

Of course interested. Compile the entire package if possible (mmdvmhost mmdvmcal dmrgateway and etc).

Thanks in advance...

Hi. I add to the previous message, that the Baofeng DM-1801, is the one that I use as a hotspot mode, together with the mmdvm of the pc, since it has the GD-77 firmware installed. My windows version is x64.
Now, I would like to try some of your mmdvm builds, maybe with yours the problem I mentioned will be solved.
Best regards!!

Thank you very much. I have installed it but it does not start, it tries but it does not open. I have switched to my data, still it doesn't work for me. Could you guide me to see what I have been doing wrong, I attach the configuration that I have set. 73 cordial.

Hi,

Does is complain, crash, you need to give more details as what you wrote isn't crystal clear ;-)
BTW, in General section, Display value "YES" is not really valid (any compiled-in driver name are, any other value is simply ignored).
In the Modem section, Protocol=uart is the default value, no need to specify it.

Cheers.

Set Duplex to 0, according to the frequencies you defined.

Cheers.

Also, take care of the file path, like in Log, you're on Windows.
