Hotspot not working for me with new CPS and new FW Roger posted

Works for me with latest firmware on GD77. Go into settings and make sure it is turned on. The firmware update resets everything to default which turns hotspot mode off.

I'll discuss with Daniel whether there is any reason we can't default the Hotspot mode to MMDVM rather than Off.
BlueDV users would need to change the setting, but I think 99% of users probably connect to PiStar or to a computer running MMDVMHost

Hi,
I just saw on the OpenGD77 FB page that the problem is solved, right ?
Sometimes the problem is the cable connection.
About defaulting to MMDVM, I think it's possible now, I don't see a problem, yet
