Eureka! That was it. I was in the wrong section.
Default value is 100. When i changed it 50 it changed the radio to 500mW.
I learned something new today!

por favor, podriais explicarme como modifico en el baofeng 1701 y en moden pi-star para que no trasmita con 50mw ? por mas cambios que hago no cambia la potencia del walkie cuando esta en modo hostpot, y tambien se me desconecta mucho del modo hostpot con la raspberry pi 3B, que puede ser el problema ? gracias.
