Hi OpenGd77 team,
I've notice this since day one, but believe it to be normal. However, just to be sure, I will ask it here.
If I change Talkgroups on one channel, and then change channel the Talkgroups on that channel changed too. Is this normal? What is going on behind the scene here? The firmware use number of TG on the Talkgroups list? So, when I change to TG number 2 in the list and then change channel, I will be on Talkgroups number 2 in the list on the new channel?
Please have a look at the video, better explain the behavior.

TG changed in the other channels
Re: TG changed in the other channels
Oh!!! I get it now. This make sense in a network of repeaters. The talkgroup stays the same when changing repeaters channel.
Re: TG changed in the other channels
I noticed the same thing on my 9600. However I have defined different TG Lists for the different networks. Each list contains different talk groups. For example the TG Lists are "DMR-Net" which contains talk groups for Brandmeister and TGIF, and "TurboNet" which contain talk groups for the DMR-MARC system. I have defined a zone named "Home" which contain channels for the different systems. I have also associated the different TG lists in the corresponding channels using the CPS. I have a channel named "K7AC HS" which is for BM and TGIF, and another channel named "UP-Pinal Pk" which is for the DMR-MARC system. So I can understand the previous post about keeping the talk groups synced between channels, if they are in the same system. I would assume that since there is an option in the CPS to link TG Lists with channels then the TG should be independently controllable for each channel. So If it isn't supposed to work this way then it's a feature else it's a bug. Or maybe I didn't comprehend the manual correctly. I could probably create zones for each system, but that defeats my purpose. Anywho it is still 100 percent better than the stock firmware.
