TYT not recognized

Good morning,
I have a problem with TYT md9600.
When I connect it to USB the RTX is not recognized. I tried with 4 different cables on 3 PCs on different OS.Is there a way to solve it? otherwise it is no longer programmable and I would be sorry.
With Retevis RT3S everything works.

Hi,

You haven't told us what firmware the MD-9600 is running ?
Have you installed the DFU driver (DFuse 3.0.6) ?
