Hello developers,

From 1 to 5 seconds after power on the keyboard stops responding, and I can't do anything. The stock firmware works without problem. I tried to do everything like: different versions of OpenGD77, different OpenGD77 CPS, backup flash, restore falsh, mcu, whatever, double key combinations during power on, 2 days battery disconnect, 2 days on charger, back to stock firmware... Nothing works. When the radio boots up, the logo is showing only for 0.2 seconds - very quickly disapeared. It's unconventional. Maybe I have a new HW revision or HW issue. Stock firmware works very well, but is not as good as OpenGD77.

What's your serial number ?

In the video you say that you upgraded to latest opengd77, did you upgrade from some other opengd77 version or was it from stock firmware ?

I attached the serial number. The first time I upgraded from stock firmware. Everything worked okay for about 4h until when the keyboard stopped working. After this moment, the keyboard stops every time immediately after powering on. I had a problem confirming the message "Settings Updated" for the first time. This problem is described on this forum. I use workflow with 2 days of power on connected to the charger. After 2 days power on I was able to confirm the message with the green button. But after 5 seconds in menu keyboard stops once again. It depends on how long the radio is switched off. If it switches off for more than a few minutes, the logo appears during power on procedure and I have cca 5 seconds to work with a keyboard. When the procedure power off/on is quick, the logo does not appear and the keyboard doesn't work immediately after the radio boots. It seems like some condenser is fully charged or not. But I don't know the HW of this radio.

One more note: The boot sequence is very fast with no logo or text, which means some initialization procedures are skipped...

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the front panel cable? A bad connection could cause spurious keyboard signals.

Yes, I did it. As I wrote before, the keyboard works correctly under stock firmware. There is one issue I note. The radio boot very quickly. So I mean, some initialising process is skipped during the start.

The OpenGD77 firmware will boot almost instantly if there is no boot melody e.g. boot melody = 0,0

Have you made a codeplug for your device, using the OpenGD77 CPS ?
