DM 1701 Will not release transmit.

My Baofeng DM-1701 will not stop transmitting. It locks up the radio so that I have to remove the battery to reset the radio. Any thoughts on why this is occurring and possible remedies? Thanks.

Did you enabled PTT latch ?
